Prayer of forgiveness for youth as inspired by Job’s intercession for his children:
Heavenly Father,
I come before You with a humble heart, seeking Your mercy and forgiveness for our young people. Just as Job interceded for his children, I lift up the young people in our lives, asking that You cleanse them from any wrongdoing and guide them on the path of righteousness.
Lord, we know that youthful period is a time of exploration and growth, and sometimes they may stray or make choices that are not pleasing to You. I pray that You forgive them for their mistakes and protect them from the consequences of their actions.
Cover them with Your grace and surround them with Your love. Help them to recognize their errors and turn back to You with sincere repentance. May they find solace in Your forgiveness and strength in Your guidance.
Grant them wisdom to discern right from wrong, and courage to stand firm in their faith. Bless them with a spirit of humility, kindness, and a desire to seek You in all they do.
I entrust them into Your hands, knowing that You are a loving and merciful God. Thank You for hearing my prayers and for the assurance that You will always be there for them. May all glory be yours in Jesus name. Amen
